Now & Forever

Real Wedding: Jessica + Jack

Jessica and Jack were married on a cool crisp day in late October. Jessica, a graduate in fashion from the Savannah College of Art & Design, truly showcased her incredible sense of style while planning her Southern wedding. The traditional ceremony took place at Trinity Methodist Church. The bride carried a beautiful cascade bouquet while being escorted down the aisle by her father.   Following the ceremony guests were escorted into Telfair Square for cocktail hour where they were greeted with Southern delicacies and the lovely smell of fresh lavender — which had been sprinkled throughout the square just moments before. Following cocktail hour guests were ushered into the Jepson Center, a modern three story art museum, for the reception. As they were introduced, the bride and groom descended two flights of marble stairs before doing their first dance in front of their 280 guests. For the next several hours guests explored the museum while eating Southern delicacies (such as chicken and waffles) and danced the night away to some incredible Motown classics. The couple ended the evening with a dramatic kiss on the museum steps while being showered by metallic confetti (courtesy of some confetti cannons). They departed the reception in a white 1949 Bentley.
